Curtea Constituţională a dezbătut vineri contestaţia PDL în cazul Legii privind despăgubirile pentru imobile naţionalizate, pentru care Guvernul şi-a angajat răspunderea în Parlament. Judecătorii Curţii au respins sesizarea democrat-liberalilor şi au decis că actul normativ respectă prevederile constituţionale, informează România TV.
